We are pleased to have worked on the launch of a new name, consolidated positioning strategy, new look, and new website for Jordan Romoff and his team at Lecours Recruitment.

Lecours is an independent recruiting company focused primarily on the service industry and hospitality sectors. They work with international brands, national organizations, and local companies across North America. By reputation they are a leading recruiter of top talent across the continent.

Founded in 1991 as Lecours Wolfson, Lecours is committed to meeting the needs of clients by placing the most appropriate, skilled, and experienced candidates. They deliver exceptional service and build strong long-term relationships.

We developed a new visual identity and worked on a strategy to reposition Lecours based on their difference. The professional team has the experience, dedication, and talent to meet the individual needs of their clients. This depth is what sets them apart from their competitors. Team members have an astounding combined 100 years of experience and work together to share information. This collaboration means clients receive the benefit of aligned teamwork and collective experience and knowledge. They have direct work experience in many of the roles they are asked to fill. Deep database connections, tenacity, and on-the-ground understanding of their client’s needs fuels Lecours’ success

Our work with Lecours coincided with Jordan’s new ownership. We introduced the new name (“Lecours”: that’s what people call them anyway!), a new look (multi-variant beautiful blue stripes representing the range of expertise, experiences, and the great people that work there), and a new website (telling the full story).

We built a fulsome narrative and created the content for the updated brand with Jordan and his team. We introduced working principles, methodology, at-a-glance, client testimonials, sector expertise, a blog, and worked on SEO. We art directed the photography shot terrifically by Evan Dion. Client meetings were conducted at public tennis courts across Toronto, where Jordan’s groundstrokes and volleys drove the agenda.
